Our acrobats are in the finals

The Polish city of Rzeszow is hosting the World Cup and an International tournament in Acrobatic Gymnastics. Our Acrobats are taking part in both tournaments. Today, after the qualification stage, Women's Trio will compete in the World Cup final: Kristi Melia, Salome Maisuradze and Nino Dvalishvili. As for the International tournament, a Mixed Pair will compete in the final (13-19 age group): Lasha Ghibradze, Lana Tsurtsumia And also the Men's Pair: Beka Didberidze, Giorgi Chighladze. The finals will be held on June 5th. Good luck to our gymnasts!

Certification of Georgian Gymnastics coaches

From May 24 to June 10, United Georgian Gymnastics Federation held a ‘’Certification Training ‘’ for the existing and future gymnastics coaches. Training was held in Sport University of Georgia. More than 200 active and beginner coaches from Tbilisi, as well as from different regions participated in the training.

Gymnasitics certification system of gymnastic coaches was introduced for checking the qualification of coaches, and also, for their further development and qualification improvements.
