The Italian city of Rimini hosts the European Championship in MEN Artistic Gymnastics. The format of the championship includes the competition of both seniors and juniors. A few minutes ago, we received information that our national team member (senior) Levan Skhiladze entered the final with 14.266 points on Pommel Horse exercise. We congratulate Levan and wish him a successful competition in the final!
As you may remember, the World Cup in Acrobatic Gymnastics is being held in Poland and an international tournament is being held in parallel. At this moment the competition is over and we have good news. At the World Cup, our Women's Trio: Kristine Melia, Salome Maisuradze and Nini Dvalishvili took the second place and won silver medals! As for the international tournament our Men's Pair: Beka Didberidze and Giorgi Chighladze defeated everyone and won gold medals!
