Last week, 5-6 June , in Rustavi had taken place XVIII N. Chkartishvili tournament in Acrobatic gymnastics. At the tournament participated 125 gymnasts from teams from the following cities: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Batumi, Terjola, Marneuli. The gymnasts were competing as to according to the national ranking system, as well as according to the international rules.
This tournament every year attracts more and more participants and viewers. This means not just popularization of acrobatic gymnastics but of Gymnastics in all.

Women’s group exercises – junior II rank: the winner was a trio of gymnasts: Ana Kumelashvili, Tamuna Gelekva and Mariam Burnadze, II was trio: Elene Baramashvili, Nino Chotlashvili and Narmin Akhmedova, and the III was trio: Anamaria Kazaishvili, Ina Kukhianidze and Tamari Gagua.
Mixed pair-- junior II rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Giorgia Danelia and Ia Danelia, and the II was a pair of gymnasts: Tamazi Gamezardashvili and Nini Sakhelashvili, and the III was a pair of gymnasts: Alexander Khachidze and Mariemelia Griogorian.
Men’s group exercises – junior II rank: the winners were two groups: Richard Gorduladze, Gigi Alpaidze, Rangaldi Bayer and Erlingi Bayer, also, Bacho Khetsuriani, Giorgi Danelia, Saba Tchelishvili and Nikoloz Janelidze, and II was group: Irakli Nozadze, Giorgi Tatanashvili, tengiz Asanidze and Lekso Tatanashvili.
Women’s pair-- junior II rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Elene Sharabidze and Mariam Zoidze, the II was a pair of gymnasts: Mariam Datiashvili and Mariam Robakidze , the III was a pair of gymnasts: Lizi Shanshilashvili and Tako Tsiklauri.
Men’s pair-- junior II rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Dachi Bilbau and Giorgi Laperashvili, the II was a pair of gymnasts: Giorgi Gabedava and Beso Guledani , the III was a pair of gymnasts: Giorgi Bliadze and Gaga Kodashvili.
Women’s group exercises – junior I rank: the winner was a trio of gymnasts: Mari Khazarbegishvili, Lika Devadze and Ioana Shervashidze , II was trio: Mari Sharabidze, Nini Meladze and Ana-Angela Azarova, and the III was trio: Mari Dzidziguri, Mariam Shehgelia and Liza Khetcuriani
Women’s pair-- junior I rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Mariam Khutsishvili and Mari Iakobashvili , the II was a pair of gymnasts: Mariam Chitadze and Mariam Sakhelashvili , the III place was taken by two pairs of gymnasts: Darejan Tcheishvili and Ana Chikashuas, and also: Khatia Abuladze and Mariam Modebadze.
Men’s group exercises – junior I rank: the winner was a group of gymnasts: Giorgi Chanadiri, Luka Gogoberidze, Levan Machkhashvili and Armen Machkhashvili.
Women’s pair-- senior II rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Ani Sultkhucishvili and Erika Munasiani.
Men’s pair-- senior II rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Nakhid Kasumov and Boris Tunian.
Women’s pair-- senior III rank: the winners was a pair of gymnasts: Nini Sirbiladze and Nini Chitadze, and the II was: Ninno Chkareuli and Knantchilashvili.
Women’s 11-16 Age group international category : the winner was a trio of gymnasts: Mariam Mgebrishvili, Lizi Omiadze and Nino Baidauri , II was trio: Kristine Basishvili, Mariam Karitchashvili, and Lika Silagadze.
Women’s 11-16 Age group international category : the winner was a pair of gymnasts: Anano Lagidze and Tiko Managadze.
Men’s 11-16 Age group international category : the winner was a pair of gymnasts: Saba Maridashvili and Giorgi Khmaladze, and the II palce: Nikoloz Kodalashvili and levan Matchavariani.
Mixed pair 11-16 Age group international category; the winner was a pair of gymnasts: Ani Jokhadze and Giga Imnadze, the II was : Lasha Gibradze and Mariam Shiukashvili.
Women’s 12-18 Age group international category : the winner was a group of gymnasts: Maria Popkhadze, Nana Chakvetadze and Sopo Goglidze
Men’s 12-18 Age group international category : the winner was a group of gymnasts: Rati Tkemaladze, Giorgi Kupatadze , Saba Zazadze and Nukri Modebadze.
Men’s 13-19 Age group international category : the winner was a pair of gymnasts: Tariel Siradze and Giorgi Okropiridze.
