2-7 May 2022, the city of Kutaisi held an International Tournament in Artistic Gymnastics ‘’Kutaisi Cup – Our Future Olympians’’. This tournament became an annual tournament, and this year war the 3rd time, that it was held in Kutaisi. Every year more and more countries and participants are taking place at the tournament. This year 55 gymnasts from six countries have participated. Boys and girls from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland were competing in Team, All-Around and Apparatus competitions. In MAG competition the Team Armenia had won the first place with 154.816 points, the second was Team Azerbaijan with 146.634 points, and the third was Team Lithuania1 with 143.244 points. In WAG competition the Team Armenia had won the first place with 91.881 points, the second was Team Daugavpils LSS (Latvia) with 91.655 points and the third was Team Azerbaijan1 with 84.789 points. Georgian boys won 1 Silver medal and 1 Bronze medal. Georgian girls won 2 Gold, 10 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. We would like to thank for the help in organization of the tournament the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia, the Kutaisi City Hall, the Imereti Gymnastics Federation and the N20 City of Kutaisi Sports School. Also, the special thank you to the ‘’WEST TOWER’’ hotel, in which our delegations were staying, and which warmly welcomed and helped us with everything we needed.
