From March 28^TH to April 4^TH 2016, the city of Valladolid (Spain) hosted the European Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics.

The Georgian team for the first time, since 1993 European Championships, took part in a team competition, in which had participated 40 countries. Our girls in the team qualifying competition had taken the 3rd place and went to the finals, but unfortunately due to the trauma which the team leader Luba Golovina during had received the warm-up (she also were the 2nd in the Individual qualification round) the team just took the 4th place. Also, an individual trampoline competition a debutant Anna Odishvili competed successfully and together with Nana Gogashvili they had competed in the semi-finals. Girls synchronized duet : Ana Odishvili and Teona Janjgava had taken the 7^TH place in the final of the synchronize competition.

Our Men’s team had taken the 5th place in the team completions , also, Tengizi Koshkadze and Zurab Nozadze reached the semi-final stage in the Men’s individual competition.
